Seco Global Business Control is responsible for supporting the management and develops business control within Seco, with a strong focus on the supply-to-delivery process. The team consists of five experienced controllers, responsible for different production or product areas. Four of the controllers are located in Fagersta, Sweden and one in the Netherlands.
We are now looking for a manager who wants to have operational development responsibilities and be a part of all strategic work within production. We are offering a global role, with opportunities for participation in M&A and PA/BA projects.
Key performance areas
As Manager for Global Supply Business Control you are responsible for Seco Business Control. You are a
member of the global Seco Finance management team, as well as the global Seco Production management team. In addition you are a board member of the Seco PU and SU boards.
Travel is required, both in Sweden and abroad, approx. 50 days per year.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Master's in Business Finance and at least five years? experience as a Production Controller and/or Logistics Controller. You have experience from leading teams and good computer skills, and are very familiar with the MS Office suite. Knowledge in Movex is desirable. In addition, you also have good language skills in English and Swedish, in both speaking and writing. Any additional language is a plus.
