hela Sverige We are looking for experienced Manager for Client Operations to lead and manage the team of infrastructure technicians. As a manager for this area you will have full responsibility for the people in the group and the work that they are performing.
You will be a member of a management team for the Client and Collaboration area which manages the desktop client environment for Volvo group and other customers of Volvo IT. You will be part of very dynamic and supportive group of individuals striving to deliver robust and comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
You will be in charge of a group of people responsible for maintaining a stable production environment, operating and supporting relevant solutions and products within the client area. Within the Incident management process your group will work with 2nd level support. Your group will assure that all service interruptions are dealt within agreed timeframe and in accordance with pre-set quality parameters.
Your mission is to create a great team atmosphere, insure that people in the group have a good working environment and an appropriate work load. You are expected to plan and control the resources and the costs associated with your operations.
Your profile:
You are an innovative, motivated person, with a strong drive to challenge and improve. Ideally would be if you have an understanding of the underlying technologies relevant to the managed desktop client environment. You have an experience in managing people and the ability to lead people towards a common goal. You have an ability to manage diversity and to build trust in the organization but also have courage to make decisions. You have an excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
