The Focused Improvement Master Pillar leader will lead the global FI pillar network to drive loss intelligence, set priorities together with the Cluster FI representatives and facilitate cooperation and alignment with the central equipment groups to maximise global performance.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and reports to the Director, World Class Manufac-turing & Quality. Approximately 20% travelling time is required.
Main responsibilities
• Develop, standardize and improve global losses intelligence concepts and tools
• Support prioritization of global or cluster
priorities (via collaboration with Process & Equipment Networks)
• Ensure that FI concepts, definitions,
methodology and routes are understood and properly utilized
• Improve, maintain and update the FI
training material
• Support capability development through assessment and training to cluster and central teams
• Keep pillar assessment/maturity guide updated
• Develop a strong and active Focus
Improved Master Pillar team
• Ensure effective communication to key stakeholders in the organization
• Coordinate and promote good practices sharing
• Drive global improvement projects as needed
• Support global WCM strategy and create roadmaps
Qualifications
The position requires a strong drive and supe-rior organizational agility.
As a person, you have excellent communica-tion skills and a proven ability to develop effec-tive relationships and manage stakeholders across geographies and organisational bound-aries.
You are an analytical team player and driving change and improvement is highly motivating for you.
We believe you have at least 5 years of ex-perience in factory operations including leading the FI pillar and you have practically ap-plied WCM methods/tools and successfully lead improvement teams. Knowledge of SAP BO/BI, advanced Excel and other related manufacturing systems is a must.
A very good command of English, both writ-ten and oral is required.
