• Managing the purchasing of products and services through the purchasing team to meet the company target
• Develop and implement the FlexLink sourcing strategy including its global foot print, supplier selection criteria and requirements, metrics and targets
• Develop and implement company policy, providing expert advice on all purchasing and contracting decisions, negotiating large purchases, and enforcing purchasing contracts
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Alignment of policies and practices with Coesia Group
• Secure that FlexLink meet the annual targets defined by the Coesia Group

As Manager, FlexLink Global Purchasing you will be responsible for the purchasing team and the sourcing strategy of the FlexLink Company and you will report to the Director, PSD Operations. World-class procurement processes are developed through portfolio standardization, focused selection of suppliers and purchasing cost tracking. You will drive supplier development to capture improvement potentials in terms of performance, quality and cost. You will also be responsible for contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Who are you?
• At least three years' experience of large purchasing projects within international purchase management, achieving outstanding results
• Master of Science in Engineering or Economics
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Strategic thinking
• Leadership, Change management and Intercultural awareness
