We are looking for a manager to lead our Scandinavian Board and Tissue Field Service team as a part of Scandinavian Pulp and Paper Services Operations. As team manager, you lead team of ~20 professionals, driving the development of Scandinavia Board and Tissue Services Operations and Field Service growth
With your strong people management and communication skills, you'll lead your team through a clear strategy to deliver business targets and goals. You have the foresight to plan for tomorrow, as well as the ability to focus the organization on executing today. A key deliverable of this role is to ensure that financial results and successful project execution will meet or exceed targeted levels.
In this role, you report to Director, EMEA Board and Tissue Services Operations and have a seat in EMEA Board and Tissue Services Operations leadership team. You'll be based in Karlstad and have the willingness to travel within the EMEA area.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, experience in managing service operations and project execution in pulp and paper business and/or process industry is a preference. You are a business and customer-oriented person with good leadership and negotiation skills. You know how to inspire others and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves either.
Key requirements:
• Strong knowledge in managing service operations and project execution
• 5+ years' experience in an international business environment
• 5+ years' experience in working in matrix environment
• Great leadership and decision-making skills
• Commercial mindset and business acumen
• Applicable Bachelor 's or Master 's degree
• Availability and willingness to travel regularly
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills both written and verbal
