As Manager Field Operation you will be responsible for developing and maintaining specialist capability within Tetra Recart Technical Service.
You will plan and manage the Technical Service installation project portfolio. Drive long term strategy of department with manager, recruit and develop competences. You will provide and follow up objectives for the department and direct reports. Now and then you will lead and take direct part in the daily activities at the installation site, working with a cross functional team of highly committed colleagues both from Tetra Recart, Tetra Pak Market Companies as well as from our third party suppliers. You will have a group of approx. 10 persons, Project Site Managers and Service Engineers reporting to you.
This role is based in Lund, Sweden and will require approximately 50 days of travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Build and maintain capability within Tetra Recart Technical Service
• Secure that feedback captured during missions related to design, quality and operation is handed over to relevant stakeholders
• Build and maintain professional network with Cluster and Platform organisations
• Plan and follow up objectives/budget for the department and direct reports
Qualifications
We are looking for a self motivated person with high integrity and strong leadership skills. High and true interest in working with people management and people development. Experience from field-service management position is highly valued as well as experience from field-service work. You probably have a university degree or similar within the technical area.
A good command of English, both written and verbal, is of course essential.
