VCC SEL (Security/ Environment/ Land) has the overall responsibility for Security, Environmental Protection, Real Estate and Facility Management.
The main responsibility is to secure legal compliance and to deliver a disturbance free operations to our internal customers.
Within SEL, VCC Land is responsible for a complete and cost efficient delivery of Real Estate Management and Facility Management and we are divided into four teams;
Facility Services
• Cleaning, Mealservices, Waste Management, Space optmisation, Furniture and Interior Design
Estate Operations & Engineering
• Facility Maintenance (planned, preventive and emergency) , Engineering projects
Corporate Real Estate Mgmt
• Rental Contracts, Sales and Disposals of Land and Buildings
Energy Management
• Media deliveries, Energy efficiency management
For the team Facility Services we are now recruiting a Manager
You will be fully responsible for the planning, delivery and control of Facility Services to the Internal Customers within VCC, including
Establishing and maintaining an efficient customer support function
Securing delivery and customer satisfaction
Financial control
Contract management
Development and implementation of common processes and standards
Benchmarking
Your team consists of two direct reports centrally located in Gothenburg and - as the operational work is outsourced - a number of key persons from our suppliers.
You will work closely with other members of the VCC Land management team and local site representative's team to safeguard commonality.
You will be part of the department management team
Your Profile:

You are structured and result oriented and you have the ability to identify and implement improvements.
Furthermore you have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills and and is a good communicator.
You are business driven and confident in relations to suppliers and internal customers.
Experience and skills:
Education in or relevant experience from Service Management and/or Facility Management.
Previous managerial experience
Fluent in Swedish and English
Computer skills (MS Office)
Drivers license
