The position
Your key responsibilities will be to support the delivery of The Absolut Company's business objectives via excellence in customer service. Also to ensure that the flow of goods is optimized and distributed to all Pernod Ricard affiliates in full and in time. To be the single point of contact regarding the flow of dry supplies to the Pernod Ricard affiliates. You will together with your team members be responsible for a specified number of countries/areas. Day to day execution consists of:
• Register dry supply orders.
• Booking shipments with carriers.
• Create needed export documentation.
• Invoicing.
• Answer questions and requests from customers, internal and external.
• Perform and act in accordance to overall company business objectives.
• Collect data and submit documentation to customs to close EMCS (Excise Movement Control System).
• Global scope.
The contract period for this position will run from 1st of May to 30th of September 2013.
The candidate
We are looking for a person who has a brand understanding and that understands the industry. You must have good project management skills and excellent communication skills (written and spoken English is critical). You should be able to take own initiatives and to focus on customers and execution. You should show a high degree of integrity, have strong social and interpersonal skills, team oriented and structured with attention to details. You should have a general knowledge of international delivery terms.
