The role of Manager Environment - Operations Support is to lead a small team and to support our business by implementing and following up our environmental strategy, throughout Tetra Pak. For year 2020, one of the strategic priorities is to deliver on our ambitious global Climate Goal.
You will report to the Director of Product & Operations Support within Global Environment department. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and includes 10-20% of travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive development and implementation of energy and environmental solutions throughout Tetra Pak operations
• Develop and drive implementation of energy and environmental standards and policies for new and existing Tetra Pak factories and facilities.
• Represent Tetra Pak operations in the Climate Programme
• Use energy audit programmes and World Class Manufacturing Environmental Master Pillar as tools to achieve environmental improvements across Tetra Pak
Qualifications
You have a solid educational background eg MSc in Engineering, Environmental Science and 4-5 years work experience from leading environmental and/or energy activities typically in industrial production or the energy sector.
As a person you are result oriented and self driven and you have the ability to drive change. You are structured and to follow up and communicate with people on different levels comes natural to you. You have the ability to motivate and engage to deliver on set targets. In this position we require excellent communication and networking skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
