About the job

As we continue our European expansion, we are looking for a Manager Enterprise Projects, who will be responsible for the project managers in the Nordics on MidMarket and Enterprise. You will have full responsibility for the onboarding and change projects for our customers within Direct Sales.

As a Manager, your main goal is to lead, coach and develop the team to reach their individual targets. You will be the daily leader of the team focusing on planning, prioritizing and working with individual development through coaching leadership with continuous follow-ups. You do have the direct report responsibility of the team members which includes e.g. PDD, personal development, and staffing/resource planning as well as recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.

You are a supportive manager, not afraid of getting your hands dirty to give the team a hand when needed, e.g. co-driving complex customer dialogues/processes, escalation processes, renewals and deliveries. Furthermore, you contribute to the development of the department and take an active part in management constellations to drive improvement initiatives across the team and other departments (e.g. ComEx, Marketing, Sales). You will be joining an expanding team with highly committed members, healthy culture and a strong team spirit, which you can build on to take it further. As a manager, you will be a part of the leadership team for Projects in Customer Operations Large.

About you

To do well and at the same time have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you are an experienced manager/team leader of a project management and/or customer success team or similar.

Furthermore, you are confident in technical discussions and genuinely curious about how things work. You keep track of many things in parallel and are accurate while having the drive to move forward. You will be setting up, planning and running projects. Our Enterprise customers have large volumes of users, so we need you who are experienced in project management, conducting customer dialogue and collaborations with larger customers or partners. You will work closely with our sales staff and lead our partners who install, train and support their customers.

But most important of all is your social ability and your superpower to create trust and long-term relationships, both internally and externally!

You are hopefully and probably great at:

• Motivate others - You understand each individual and create a climate in which people want to do their best

• Build effective teams - You understand the needs of your team and adjust your leadership to ensure the best results. You also share wins and successes, foster an open dialogue and create strong morale and team spirit

• Demonstrate Telavox attitude - You understand what is best for the customer and for the whole of Telavox, and also help others to understand how they contribute to Telavox's success

• Coach and develop others - You provide challenging and stretching tasks and assignments and lead through questions, rather than merely always providing answers

• Drive and lead change - You outline clear change objectives for direct reports and commit both them and relevant stakeholders to the change

Since these customers are located in the Nordic region you need to be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish. Working in the Project group you will also work closely with our Global team and almost all communication will be in English. You are therefore proficient in English. If you have knowledge in another language (e.g Spanish and/or France), it would be the icing on the cake but not a must!
