Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
As Manager Engineering Information Management you will have the exiting task to get your team to take the lead and accomplish a change in the way we work with Information Management within our engineering organisations globally. You will work cross organisational with the ambition to establish a higher technological level of your capability areas: Master Data Management, Technical Publications, Technical Corporate Standards, Specification Management, Engineering Change Management, Engineering Specifications, Configuration Management and Document Management.
You will be based in Lund and report to Director Engineering Excellence, Packaging Technology.
Main responsibilities
• promote your team to seek for opportunities to increase the productivity for our engineers
• strategic responsibility for the roadmap of developing the capabilities that your team is responsible for
• manage and collaborate with your key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation

Your professional background comes from leading people, either as a line manager or within projects where you have developed your leadership abilities. We believe that you have a background related to either engineering or technical publications, specifications or master data, preferably combined with a university degree. You have an interest in broadening your perspectives, network and work field.
