This is mainly done by developing our cooperation with external engineering consultants. You will lead the work of the engineering department, to ensure efficient processes and cost-effective technical solutions for studies and projects within Borealis, Stenungsund. These are the responsibilities of the role:Develop our cooperation with external engineering consultants Lead the work of the engineering department together with technical experts Develop competence in various engineering disciplines, such as Mechanical, Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation and Documentation Continuous improvement of studies and project processes Act and work according to Borealis Values There might be a synergy between you and Borealis if...... You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in the field of Engineering. You master the art of project management thanks to your experience of 8-10 years as a project manager or equivalent. To master the role you have knowledge and experience from at least one of the engineering disciplines. You work closely with external engineering consultants and leads a team of experienced engineers within the department. Thanks to your excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, oral and written, you are phenomenal at giving positive and negative feedback.
