Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
As Manager Engineering Academy you will have the exciting task to build a Tetra Pak Engineering Academy. You will set the vision and strategy, and drive the build-up of a successful Engineering training program. As a part of Tetra Pak s strategy to improve Product Development by developing state-of-the-art engineering competencies, the Academy will be crucial.
You will be based in Lund and report to the Manager Engineering Capability within Engineering Excellence, Packaging Technology.
Main Responsibilities
• be the owner of the certification program of engineers
• define the training roadmap and the most suitable training methods and materials with Global Expert Advisors and Module Managers
• find external partners delivering training and training material.
• Conduct overview trainings about available programs for our Engineers and consultants.

We find your most important task to collaborate, inspire and motivate as well as to plan and drive for results. Your strong interest in competence development and training will be a big asset.
Your professional background is within Engineering, preferably Mechanics or Automation. You have previous resource management and/or project management experience and the basis to successfully lead and implement change. We believe you have a Master degree in Engineering and your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
