Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with and supporting the company's overall goals and business strategy. End Customer Marketing is a unit within Partner and End Customer Marketing, Corporate Marketing, responsible for generating demand and strengthening relationships and loyalty from Axis customers and partners. We are now looking for a Manager for our End Customer Marketing team.

Who is your future team?
The End Customer Marketing team plays an important role in supporting continued long-term growth and business expansion with end customers and partners. The team is responsible for setting the global marketing plans and strategic objectives to drive awareness and demand for Axis offerings among end customers across industry segments. With an outside-in perspective their focus is on customer centricity and providing knowledge and strong offerings to enable customer acquisition, retention and growth.

The team consist of highly skilled marketers who proactively work to build our business in a collaborative environment. As a leader your responsibility is to continue to develop the organization by shaping the work environment, supporting the team members, co-create strategies and set common goals for the future.

You have a passion for leadership and team development and continuous focus on improving your leadership skills to ensure the development of your team. You believe in being a coaching and inclusive manager and support your team to work independently as well as collaboratively by leveraging on each other's strengths. What you'll do here as Manager for End Customer Marketing?
As Manager End Customer Marketing you have the overall organizational and operational responsibility for the unit. The job includes both staff, budgeting, and planning, strategically and tactically, as well as to secure that the unit delivers planned activities within your area of responsibility. By driving marketing initiatives in collaboration with the regions, you will ensure we evolve and optimise our marketing on a global basis.

This role includes the following responsibilities:

* Full responsibility for the marketing and communication strategies towards our end customers. You are also responsible for driving our industry segments development.
* You set structure, framework and direction for your area of responsibility
* In close cooperation with the head regions you make sure that we have the industry's best approach to support Axis endcustomers.
* Overall marketing planning including coordination with Global sales and Head regional marketing as well as ensuring the support and implementation of the plans in Axis' regional sales organization.
* Lead a unit of highly skilled and experienced marketing managers and professionals.
* Budget and resource planning and leading the process of developing marketing concepts around Axis offering.

You will have overall staff responsibility for an organization of 9 people and will report to the Director Partner & End Customer Marketing.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You are an outgoing, socially experienced, and motivated leader with a passion for people.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills. You are able to work independently and drive projects towards common goals as well as build long-term relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
* Extensive experience from international marketing and communication processes - developing target group analyses, marketing strategies and marketing programs.
* Well-developed business acumen with relevant sales or business development experience
* Experience from an international role in a large company with complex technical offerings.
* Strong English skills both verbally and written.
