We are recruiting a colleague for a new position, leading the new Employee Experience function within the Group HR department. The Manager Employee Experience reports to the Director of Group HR & Sustainability and works in close collaboration with the HR teams of the Business Areas as well as country HR representatives, and is a member of the HR Management Team. The position is located at our beautiful headquarter in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
In this role, you will be a proactive business partner with your HR and business leaders. The main responsibilities are to: As line manager lead, inspire and develop the team in Sweden including related managerial duties. Functionally lead the recruitment and talent acquisition network of Semcon globally. Define employer branding strategies and best-practice methodology, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing Communications. Identify future competence needs and master recruitment strategies to optimize appropriate talent for current open roles within the Semcon organization worldwide. Govern the recruitment process and services, including on-boarding and induction in a longer perspective end-to-end, ensuring a superior candidate/employee experience. Work with your team and line managers to provide expertise in internal and external recruitment efforts providing counselling on the talent market intelligence, sourcing channels e.g. social media and research. Plan and manage employment events, such as career fairs and other networking activities. Assist in employee development and retention initiatives. Lead, manage and develop the yearly agenda for measurements of employee engagement and advocacy, including methodologies and ways of working.
Responsible for keeping the Employee Service Portal relevant and up-to-date.
For this new position, we are looking for a structured yet collaborative and inspiring person. The capacity to think strategically combined with a strong drive and a passion for innovation will be important qualities for success.
The formal qualifications that we see needed are: Holistic understanding of HR in general and more specifically the employee life cycle related processes and challenges. Previous experience of talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing and employer branding. Good understanding of assessment and selection methods and techniques. Proficient in the use of social media and related environments. Excellent visualization and reporting abilities, designing graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. Experience from service and/or consulting business is an advantage. University degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
