Our transformation to become an Industrial Partner require us to broaden our Product Portfolio with services additional to our manufacturing service. The function is responsible to deliver product development and services during the complete Product Life cycle. Our customers shall be able to trust that we with excellence can operate their day-to-day business while they are focusing on their customers and future products. There is a close relationship between Development & Services and the three divisions within PartnerTech.
As a Manager Electronic Development you will build the development organisation for Electronics Technology. Your primarily tasks are to improve PartnerTech's capabilities, competence and capacity of Developing Electronics. You are expected increase sales of development and service and to improve our sales support from development to Electronic Technology division. Being a Manager Electronic Development you will build a close relationship with new and potential customers. You will also improve PartnerTech's support to them.
You will build a new customer base and be partly sitting in offices at Medicon Village in Lund. It is important that you get a good understanding for PartnerTech's business in order to become the ambassador
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a person who already today has a relevant network and who loves to network and find business opportunities. You enjoy new challenges, are a team player with a good sense of humour and has an entrepreneurial way of acting. It is essential for the role that you have strong communicating skills and experience from change processes.
You are stimulated by and have a good understanding of working in a multinational company including a high paced and complex environment. You have proven experience from project management, development projects and to design processes.
As with any group roles the candidate should have an excellent telephone and e-mail manner and maintain confidentiality at all times. You are a starter with an organized approach. You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable in taking responsibility for and driving your work tasks and ensuring that all tasks are finalized on time in full.
You have 5-7 years of experience within the field of electronics Design and minimum 7 years of managerial experience. You have a technical degree from university or other relevant education. Your English skills are excellent, both written and spoken. It is preferable with additional knowledge in other languages.
The position will be based at PartnerTech Vellinge AB in Malmö, Sweden, and report to Senior Vice President Development and Services with a dotted line to President Electronic Technology.
