Work description
We are looking for our next collegue in the high voltage laboratory in Karlskrona. In the laboratory we conduct different types of testing on our high voltage products for both commercial and R&D projects.
As a Manager within Electrical Testing you will be a part of a cross-functional management team working closely together to ensure best possible outcome in accordance to the set
KPI 's. You will be responsibile for the daily planning and resource allocation of the projects. Another important part of this role is to work with the strategic horizon and how the testing department should develop furtheron.
Ensuring a close and efficient collaboration with your collegues as well as a constant development of your highly skilled team is prioritized.

To suceed in this role you have arround five years experience from a manager role and a lot of know-how from team- and organizational development. You have a strong technical interest and understanding and it 's at your advantage if you have some kind of technical background as well. But most important is your high interest for people and teams.
You exercise best possible leadership at all times, and when needed, encouragement, education and support to help others achieve results and develop themselves. You create a positive and innovative climate which promotes engagement to reach the set goals.
Apart from this you have strong communication skills, an collaborative approach and you thrive in a role which is built on good relationship with others. Structure and being well-organised are other important traits you need to have succed in this role.
Considering the high voltage laboratory environment you need to be fluent in Swedish and English.
