Are you interested to work with resource planning in an international business that operates at the forefront of technology with cutting-edge solutions and innovation? As manager for the department Distribution Control Platform MACH2, you will lead a team of 25 skilled employees who designs circuit boards to control the equipment, writing software for HW circuits and supplies HVDC and FACTS. This role will give you the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills since you will have many contacts, both internally and externally. We offer you an exciting position where you will play a central role - from specification to verification.
Requirements
You have a university degree, supplemented by several years of professional experience. Have you had a managerial position before is this highly qualifying. You have probably worked with development processes of hardware and you need to have a high level of technical understandning of HW development within control technology to guide your successful team. That you also manage Cad Star, Hidraw, Office and SAP/R3 is advantageous, as is experience in VHDL programming. Since we work in an international environment you need to master spoken and written English.
As a person you have a passion for people and technology, are strong in decision making, a good listener and have the right inner drive to take on full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment. Last but not least you have to be a genuine team player that seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners.
