As the Manager of our Digital Operations team, you are driving sustainable industrial transformation by enabling Solutions and Service to leverage ABB digital technologies and ABB domain expertise to improve productivity and safety for ABB customers.
In this role you will drive growth of our execution capability to meet the ABB strategic road map for digital platforms and customer requirements.
You will also drive efficiency and quality in operations by ensuring competency through training and recruiting as well as promoting agile ways of working.
This position reports to Project Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities
Develop and scale the team through recruitment and competence development.
Support sales with the further commercialization of our digital offering.
Participate in strategic innovation initiatives with customers and public agencies.
Define the technical capabilities required within the team to contribute to ABB Digital strategy.
Work with engineers, R&D and product management to maintain and advance our capability.
Your background
You are customer-focused and interested in new technologies.
You have experience in building highly motivated teams.
You are forward-thinking in digital transformation with good knowledge about global trends and changes to the digital landscape.
You understand how new technologies can be applied by the industry and which future digital services can strengthen the ABB position.
You have experience from software development and agile ways of working.
You have great interpersonal skills, are highly collaborative and used to managing uncertainty in complex issues and differing views.
You have high delivery capacity and the ability to work effectively under time pressure, while at the same time providing support and advise.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
