Your role
We are now looking for a leader who will be responsible for the DevOps as well as Integration and Verification operations at Command and Control West unit in Gothenburg. You will be an active member in the management team together with three other section managers and be part of our journey to grow and develop ways of working. Our goal is set to deliver successfully and efficiently in our projects- and product programs. Your will have line responsibilities for around 17 employees/consultants.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that we have the best DevOps and Integration and Verification competence possible now and for future challenges. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and travel is occasionally required, mainly to local sites.
More specifically, the role include responsibility for:

Lead and coach your section toward agreed organizational goals and strategies

Contribute to continuously improvement and develop our ways of working, with regards to Dev Ops and automatic testing etc

Competence development for both strategic and operational needs in both people and team dimensions
*
Cross-domain, cross product and cross section collaborations

Resource planning
*
Work environment responsibility for own staff

Cost center budget and result
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced leader and a person with a passion to find the best ways of working and for continues improvement. You have a strong belief in the competence and commitment from our employees and have background as a system developer and/or integration and verification. You know what it takes to develop the best software.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate very strong collaboration-, leadership- and change management skills. You must have the ability to challenge status quo and seek out new perspectives.
You are a good communicator, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and have experience from coaching agile teams in complex environments, and you make things happen. Your personality is characterized by a coaching attitude and a prestigeless willingness to succeed at all times.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of developing management systems for our radars used within the ground based air defense domain. The department consists of approximately 60 employees and consultants and we plan to grow. We have the whole chain of competences from demand to delivery and project management within our domain.
Your section develop software and you will work closely together with the other managers in the management team where you contribute with your individual experience and strengths. Together we work closely and creating an engaging, including work environment with good communication, visualization and transparency.
