Engineering Excellence leads development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change. Our scope includes the areas of Engineering Capability development, Design Methods & Tools, Systems Engineering, Engineering Information Management and Package & Equipment Safety.
As Manager Design Methods & Tools you will have the great opportunity to build, motivate and drive your team of 11 Global Expert Advisors to be a high performing leading force within your capability areas: Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Design Material, Design Review Meetings ownership, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Serviceability, Hygienic Design, FMEA Management, Virtual Engineering, Virtual Engineering Infrastructure, Robust Design, Engineering Statistics and Design for Environment.
You will be based in either Lund or Modena and report to Director Engineering Excellence, Packaging Technology.
Main responsibilities
• promote your team to seek for opportunities to increase the productivity for our engineers
• strategic responsibility for the roadmap of developing the capabilities that your team is responsible for
• manage and collaborate with your key stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation

We believe that you have an Engineering background and you have an interest in broadening your perspectives, network and work field.
