We are looking for a new position as Manager for Delivery and Operations in Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark and potentionally Norway, reporting to Director Heavy Transport in BU Network Solutions. Your team will be responsilbe for our asset projects, customer management, operations and maintenance of the unit's business in Sweden, Denmark and Netherlands.
Vattenfall's Business Unit Network Solutions has grown significantly since the establishment 6 years ago and now has more than 90 employees in Sweden, London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Oslo. The business has grown more than 300% and has an aggressive, yet realistic, growth target with 5 times the current revenue within the next 5 years.

You will develop and lead a N-3 department of 6 persons in end 2022 and strong further growth, located in Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark and potentially Norway. You will report to Director Heavy Transport and work closely with the other parts of BU Network Solutions and important stakeholders in other Vattenfall BAs and Staff functions, as well as a broad variety of external stakeholders, customers and potential customers. You should have a strong and genuine interest in building up and leading a team as well as finding commercial solutions for a growing business.
Main responsibilities are:
o Ownership of our unit's customer contracts in Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and potentially Norway.
o Project delivery, operations and mainteance of our assets (mainly chargers and high voltage equipment).
o Develop a Project Office function with sponsorship, support to and governance of our projects.
o Work closely with the two sales teams within the unit to support and align technical solutions and O&M commitments for customers contracts.
o Have close contact with existing customers to deliver high customer satisfaction and profitable operations.
o Lead your employees, recruit and on-board new emplyees.
o Buid up network and trust within Vattenfall organisation.
o Drive the difficult prioritisation between CAPEX, OPEX and revenue, and deliver customer value combined with profitability.
Qualifications
As a person you are passionate about business, customers, sales and people. You are curious in nature and capable of identifying new opportunities and solutions to respond to business needs. You are excited by the possibilities to grow a business and improve business performance.
You have:
• Masters or Bachelors degree, preferrably in Electrical Engineering and/or Power Systems.
• 0-10 years of experience in managerial positions.
• At least 10 years of experience within project management, asset management and/or operations & maintenance.
• Strong skills in leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead in a creative and solution orientated way.
• A structured and organised way of working and ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, individually or together with your team.
You are Fluent in English.
