hela Sverige For our team Data Platform, part of the unit Analytics & AI, we are now looking for a manager. You have the strategic and operative responsibility to create, develop, and make available data to the company - in one single version of truth, with scalable platforms that grows with the company.
Who are we?
Our Data Platform team consists of approx. 10 experts and developers. Team responsibilities include:
* Information Architecture (Modelling, Lifecycle Mgmt, Data definitions, Quality)
* Data Engineering (Data ingestion, pipe, preparation, operations, and ETLs)
* Analytics Infrastructure, (Data lake, Cloud Development, Tools, etc)
* Data Privacy
What does a Manager Data Platforms do?
* Together with key stakeholders, you form a strategy for our data platforms, which you then implement and develop together with your team
* You set new processes, implement new ways of work, find new tools and platforms, and work for one single version of truth in our data systems
* You attract, recruit and build the right competence
* You are ultimately responsible for the activities within your team, such as projects, day-to -day work, and other deliveries - you support your team in problem solving processes
* You are an important stakeholder in planning and strategy processes
* You create the right environment for building technical competence, solutions, code and systems of high quality
* You are part of the Analytics & AI management team, who are responsible for the strategy, budget, staff, and delivery of Telenor Sweden's Analytics & AI activities
We are looking for someone with:
* At least 3 years relevant education at university level
* Experience from cross-functional work and leading teams with developers/experts
* Experience from presenting to management teams
