About us
Service Concepts operates in Car Service Business and has the purpose to develop and implement sustainable service concepts that promotes profitability, efficiency and enables service excellence for our consumers. Our vision is to be the preferred supplier of service concepts and processes to our retailers and markets.
Car Service Business is on a transformation journey and we at Service Concepts play a vital role in making the transformation happen. We develop, own, and implement global Service and Damage repair concepts and processes. We also ensure digitalization of our Customer Service Process and our service and repair processes. We are now recruiting a new Manager to represent our Damage repair team.

What you will do
You will lead the team that develops and maintains global concepts within the Damage repair area. Your team is also responsible for innovating and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely both with internal stakeholders and markets to develop and support with roll-out of Damage repair concepts.
You will also lead the competence development of your team members as well as develop and maintain a People plan and budget together with other Managers to match our product roadmap for the short, mid and long term.
Your further responsibilities are to support and develop the organization and culture, as well as be responsible for staffing our product teams so they can meet current and future demands in our ongoing commercial transformation.
You have a performance lead responsibility meaning that you need to support your team to deliver projects according to plans. Escalate if targets are not met according to plans and ensure that damage repair concepts are implemented on market and retailer level.

Who you are
We are looking for a leader that share our enthusiasm for creating great customer experience. A person with leadership experience and a profound damage repair knowledge.
You have experience from being a people leader within Damage repair. You also have proven experience from business development within the automotive Damage repair area with a good knowledge of customer service processes and experience from local markets (NSCs, retailers or customers).
You have working skills from Project Management and Change Management.
High verbal and written communication skills in English is important and experience from Agile way of working is meritorious.

You have a great motivation to deliver, so a doer mentality and a "can-do-attitude" is important. You are a team player who enjoy interacting with people and understand that collaboration will be key to get things done and make real impact. You are good at networking and managing dialogues with stakeholders. You have experience from quickly learning new contexts and an ability to communicate and describe those for a third part. You are structured, solution oriented, good at planning and a person that enjoys taking own initiatives and to ensure continuous improvements.

This position is based at our Head Quarters in Torslanda, Sweden.
