Customer Specific SW Development is a unit, based on agile teams, responsible to develop customer adaptation SW according to the agreed customer plan(s) within the Automation area.
As Manager for this unit you will be responsible for:
• develop software according to plan
• building agile teams
• securing high performance teams
• resource and competence planning
• maintaining products according to the approved lifecycle plan, including 3rd line support
• resources for technology scouting
• execution of development processes and usage of frameworks
• communicate team plans and progress to Project Managers/Customers
Your profile
To be successful in this position you need to have great communication skills, you bring energy to the teams you work with and focus on solving problems without prestige. You also have a strong belief in agile methods, experience from in-house engineering as well as understanding of the product development process.
Of course you have experience and passion for leadership.
You feel confident in talking one to one but also in larger fora's.
Additional Information
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, engineering computer science, or similar
• Experience of agile methods, such as SCRUM, KANBAN and XP
• Have excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocks
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
