ABOUT THE JOB
We want you to lead Customer Service in Sweden and Norway to ensure high end-to-end customer resolution and excellent customer experience.
You will report to the Head of Customer Service. Location of the position is Sundbyberg, Stockholm Sweden.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead 1st tier Customer Service and Service Desk teams in Sweden and Norway both on operative and tactical level
• Manage efficient and high-quality incident and request management with high end-to-end customer focus
• Work as an active Customer Service counterparty with Sales and other teams to enable customer satisfaction and company growth
• Ensure customers have best fitting services for them
• Drive change according to the strategy
• Drive use of common processes and good practicalities
• Contribute to the action planning as a Customer Service leadership team member
WHAT WE'D LIKE FROM YOU
We are looking for an experienced, passionate candidate, who has successfully lead Customer Service or Service Desk teams, feels ownership of excellent customer experience and wants to contribute to the success of the company.
In your application we'll be browsing
• 3+ years experience on leading and developing Customer Service or Service Desk teams and activities in multi-tiered organization, ITIL processes
• Strong Customer Focus to understands customer needs and drive end-to-end customer engagement throughout the organization
• Strong leadership and management skills to lead and develop people and drive change in an organization
• Continuous Improvement orientation to drive systematic root cause analysis and process change management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills both in Swedish and English. Norwegian language is a plus.
• Good negotiation skills
• Can-do attitude, quality driven, sales and result oriented mindset
• Ability to take decisions independently under own responsibility
• Understanding of financial processes, P2P, O2C
