We are now looking for a Manager Customer Portal, a newly established position that will be an essential part of the establishment and growth of the new digital customer channel. In this position you will be responsible for the customer portal and framework, digital tools and the release management of new services in to the portal. You will in this position take responsibility to build the team and way of working.

Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with our Business Areas and other stakeholders, plan, develop and manage the customer portal, framework and related digital tools as part of the digital customer channel
Product owner of the customer portal and digital tools
Responsible for the release management of new services to be published in the customer portal
Take an active part in building a tight cross functional collaboration across the products of the digital customer channel
Secure a strong relationship with business areas, users and other key stakeholders
Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture

You have a Master's degree or equivalent as the basis for your career. You are fluent in English. International business experience is a merit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references.

Ability to set direction and achieve results through and together with the team
