Job description
As our new Manager You should lead the regional Customer Order Engineering (COE) team in the support of orders, quotations, and technical support. This work is a combination of custom product design, engineering analysis, application review, and manufacturing support. COE is also responsible for sales drawings and quotation/order execution support. This group has primary support responsibility for the region in question and also interfaces and shares workload with other global teams. You are a key person in our organization and an important member of the market area.
This position is also part of a global COE team. The global COE has an overall strategy of creating and standardizing and automating global workflow processes and methodologies and tools and improve them continuously. COE coordination and consistency is a development focus.
This position's main purpose is to manage the group and collaborate with Product Line and Product Managers on product validation to ensure compliance with all external certification requirements.
Your position is strategical in means of developing new engineering tools and improve work flow and methodology as a part of a global technology team.

Requirements
We are looking for You with a Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Mining Machinery & Engineering or other suitable Engineering degree. You have strong management experience and are probably familiar with mining and processing applications like mill lining and screening media applications. You also have a proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
We believe that You have managed a successful business team and have experience from related industries or applications.
As the market area is global You have the ability to travel frequently in Sweden and sometimes also internationally.
You are flexible, determined and enjoy the customer meeting on all levels.
You are an excellent negotiator and Your English is fluent verbally as well as in writing.
Skills and abilities
For this position it is important that You have a strong leadership and excellent relationship building skills. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with the ability to work and perform under pressure to meet deadlines, working on several projects at one time, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast paced environment. You are a strong, modern manager with excellent leading skills.
You are technically able to read and interpret engineering drawings and can see the customer needs and the solutions to them. Your computer skills are on a high level and You are familiar with SAP.
