• Work closely with a team of skilled employees and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the team

The Manager Customer Care Sweden ensures that we meet customers expectations on sales and deliveries of Spare Parts, Upgrades and Inside sales support and that we are implementing and maintaining plans and objectives in line with global Marine Aftermarket overall direction.
In this manager position you will work closely together with a highly experienced team. You will also be a member of the management team of Marine Tank Gauging Sweden and report directly to the General Manager.
The Customer Care organization in Marine Sweden consists of Spare Parts Sales, Upgrade Sales and Inside Sales support. The organization utilizes resources in Manila for administrative support.
Requirements
You have a couple of years of experience from driving business in a manager position, either from customer or supplier relations, and you are comfortable in financial discussions and negotiations. You have a technical understanding and you can easily facilitate and participate in technical decisions made in the team. You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done. You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context.
It's considered as a big merit if you have experience and knowledge from the Marine industry.
For success in this position we believe you have a University degree in Business or Technology. This position requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
