One of our main strengths is to develop and produce trucks adapted to the specific customer needs. We think E2E and are eager to optimize the value chain from request to delivery. Approximately 65% of our trucks are specifically adapted to our customer needs. From paintjob to complete superstructures - From the Factory!
The department consist of almost 30 skilled and engaged co-workers responsible to make new designs on Chassis, Cabs, Electronics and Superstructures, to fit the customer wishes. You will be a part of the Customer Adaptation management team and report to the Director of Costumer Adaptation in Tuve Plant. In addition to working with the CA organization, you will also have a cross-functional collaboration with Volvo Trucks, GTT, and GTP.
As a leader of our Design department first and foremost you need to be committed to a value-based leadership where Trust, Learning and Engagement are key factors.

Requirements for the role:
* Leadership experience
* University Degree in engineering or suitable education
* Product and process knowledge
* Strong networking ability in a multi-cultural environment
* Analytical and structured
* Good ability to communicate both in written and spoken Swedish and English.
