Manager Critical Concerns
With other stakeholders, you'll be responsible for the Quality from 'beginning to end'.
You'll be monitoring markets and social media - identifying potential product safety and/or compliance issues.
The role is based in Gothenburg, reporting to Head of Lynk & Co International Global Quality.
What you'll do
• In case of issue: compile all relevant information - ensure a summary that is fact and data-driven
• Drive and align cross-functional teams, lead preparation meetings and complete initial risk assessment and prepare for escalation to the next level
• Chair Critical Concern Management Team (CCMT) meetings; summarize decisions and develop an outline plan for proceeding forward
• Prepare information/data/reports for dialogue with Authorities (if required)
• Drive and monitor the progress of the execution of quality actions
What you bring
• Experience in a similar role
• University degree in Engineering or Business preferred
To succeed in the role you need to be able to drive others to satisfactory conclusions and recommendations/decisions, as well as you need to have a strong follow-up, ensuring all stakeholders complete tasks timely and effectively.
