We are now looking for a Manager Customer Development within Life Science to transform and further develop our business in line with our long-term strategies. For the right candidate this is a great challenge and window of opportunity.

We look for a passionate colleague with solid experience in business development and account management.

The details
As Manager Customer Development at Semcon, you are responsible for business development within Life Science and for selected accounts as Key Account Manager, will drive performance with full accountability for customer account financials, strategy, plan and delivery of the plan. The position requires a high level of multi-functional collaboration both internally and externally with customers' teams to drive financial performance and customer performance. You will manage sales and business development efforts with cross-functional Semcon business development teams to deliver "win/win" results for both Semcon and the customer.

Our new colleague has demonstrated skills in delivering in following: Build and maintain customer interactions and relationships Develop target setting and account strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams Identify and drive actions to improve bottom line Lead negotiations concerning frame agreements and solution based business. Required background from either the life science industry, product development within e-health, Industry 4.0 or as turn key supplier to the life science industry.
Who are you?
You are someone who is driven by building relationships, creating business and finding opportunities. At the same time you should be prepared to go outside you normal comfort zone or job specification if this is what it takes to drive the account forward. Semcon will give you the frame but you will create the painting.
