Konsumentkredits' business idea is to offer competitive consumer loans to individuals. We currently have about 1% of the consumer credit market. As the manager of Konsumentkredit, you have manager responsibility for four skilled employees, and will with your background and good understanding of credit operations play an important and often operational role in the team. Your main mission is to refine and further develop current business, and you will report to the Nordnet CEO. Your most important work tasks are: . Managerial responsibility for four employees . To act as an internal and external interface with colleagues, customers, management team and other stakeholders . Responsibility for the function (e.g. credit process, IT, marketing, and claims/debt collection) . Negotiation and preparation of contracts . Project management and/or project participation . Monitoring of financial reporting and planning
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Experience and education To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience working with unsecured loans. You have several years of leadership experience and great interest in developing both employees and the business. You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally, are a good team player and are clear in your communication. In addition, you possess very good analytical skills and find it easy to work structured and methodical. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing. Scandinavian language skills are an advantage. You have good understanding of credit operations and the risks associated therewith. You feel great responsibility and manage your commitments in a structured way. You are responsible, driven and solution oriented.
