hela Sverige As a Manager, Consulting Manager, you will advise clients on workflows across service lines, and guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will also create strategic plans with the clients to obtain value achievement across service line, identify workflow and process improvements and make recommendations to client and project leadership, drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose solution enhancements, workflow efficiencies and client relationship strategies, engage in the sales process to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
You will also have people management responsibilities, such as managing routine associate situations, direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates, develop team goals and manage them for results, develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning, and p.romote diversity and create a respectful work environment
Basic qualifications: *Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of Cerner Millennium implementation work experience
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology
Expectations:*Ability to travel up to 100%
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
