hela Sverige As the Manager Construction Planning you are responsible of the construction schedules of a program with various projects. You will manage a team of Planners and create and maintain multiple schedules and take the responsibility to collaborate with internal and external parties to secure quality outputs.
This planning is constituted of the key parts from all the detailed plans of engineering, procurement, construction, automation & process equipment and commissioning.
You will be working closely with various departments and their stakeholders to design and implement a plan - both in terms of time and quality. The environment has high demands on flexibility, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
As a manager, you are expected to lead by, example, and practice a sustainable leadership for yourself and your team. In our intercultural workplace you strive for collaboration within and outside the team.

Skills & Requirements
• You have been driving large, innovative and challenging projects with very high demand on accuracy and team spirit.
• You have a construction background and knowledge about the industries requirements and standards.
• You have been working in big, complexed projects.
• Experiences as a Manager and leading teams
• A relevant college level education
• Minimum 10 years work of relevant work experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Sweden
