We are looking for a person to lead our Consumer division's commercial planning. We are on an ambitious transformation and digitalization journey, where we are radically simplifying and strengthening our customer value proposition and journeys as well as internal processes, systems and way of work to become loved by our customers and achieve our ambitious growth and efficiency targets. We have started the journey at a high pace and are now looking for a strong leader to accelerate it.
What you'll do
The mission for the person leading the commercial planning is to design the Consumer (B2C) roadmap including budgeting, prioritization, planning and staffing. You will also track the status of our initiatives to secure execution and make sure that there is a link between strategy, roadmap and forecast. You will report to the Head of Transformation who in turn reports to the CMO. The transformation team consists of four different teams - Customer Journeys, Commercial Planning, Transformation Projects and Customer Insight.

Having work experience in an agile environment is a plus. You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and a strong strategic understanding of the telecom industry.
