You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. The department project controlling is responsible for project monitoring and forecast of our large delivery projects. As manager for this department, you will work at the global market with many international business contacts. You will be a part of the management team within controlling. Analysis and risk management will be among your tasks. In addition, you will also take part in internal discussions, such as tax issues.

You hold at least a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics specialized in controlling or accounting combined with several years' work experience within the area. It is a merit if you have experience from working at ABB or other large companies. Leadership experience is a strong advantage. We work with a diverse range of projects, which require proficiency in both English and Swedish - written and spoken alike. You have strong business acumen and natural management abilities to lead others and contribute to the team's mutual performance and team spirit. This also requires that you are confident in your role, structured and used to multitasking. As you are dedicated to your tasks and always want to achieve highest possible outcome, you have a strong driving force and are open to changes. Moreover, you have a holistic view and the ability to communicate your thesis in a clear and consistent way.
