Job Description
Vattenfall IT Client Services is responsible for operating, monitoring, administrating and developing end-user services, and securing services are delivered according to agreed SLAs. We support and deliver both Blue and Red IT services. In addition, we are also responsible for all changes in the production environment and to secure adherence to the decided standards. At present, Client Services consist of 3 teams; Service Delivery Management, Process & Design and Business Specific.
Your job as Manager for Client Operation Red
As responsible manager for the Client Operations Red team, you will lead a group of IT technicians and IT engineers working with more advanced IT support and maintenance, support them in their daily work, connect them to other colleagues for support in trouble shooting and guide and coach them in their development. You and your team will work in close cooperation with the Client Operations Blue team, CAR 's and the Design and Process team. Project Managers, Process Managers, IT Security and other Vattenfall stakeholders that utilize our red services. Your team will be located in Sweden and will focus on support towards BA/BU 's using Red IT Services in Sweden but have the capability to support all BA/BU 's in Vattenfall.
You will also be responsible to assign capacity to projects, critical incidents and other requests. And last but not least, Contribute to a healthy way of working.
Key deliverables and activities
Operational responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Vattenfall Client variants
Operational responsibility for Specific Red Onsite Services (Red Physical Client, Red Print & Red Video solution)
Support Client Services CA's with 3rd level support
Together with the team; Be part of resolving Critical Incidents and Problems.
Together with the team, Advise and involvement in IT projects.

Key responsibilities and mandate
Responsible for delivering towards our Client Services Roadmaps.
Responsible for project and consultant resources connected to your team.
Interact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Business, IT and supplier's side.
Accountable for operation and delivery provisioned services according to committed service levels.
Accountable for continues improvements in your area, i.e., improving efficiency and effectiveness and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with knowledge in IT Infrastructure and management experience from leading an IT operation You also have experience from complex and international distributed operations.
As a manager, you have strong management an communication skills with the ability to motivate your team members. You have proven to be an excellent leader and could naturally apply the Vattenfall leadership criteria: Connect People, Accelerate Learning and Drive Innovation. You are expected to have a strong customer focus, ability to increase the operational efficiency and to develop the operational concept. You are able to drive change and also to transform the operation when needed. As a person you are comitted and reliable, open and honest.
