What you'll be part of
We're right in the middle of a major digital shift to become an industry leader within digital solutions and enable operational excellence through digitalisation. To support this, we're establishing a Transformation Management Office (TMO) - to provide expertise, structures, tools and methodology to enable this transformation. Optimizing our business process end-to-end to deliver customer value is critical to our success in this transformation. Change Management is one of four functions within the TMO organization that will play a key part in this work.
Your mission
In this position, your main mission is to make sure that SMR has a consistent approach and high maturity in change management, ensuring success when delivering strategic change and realizing our digital shift. By collaborating with and coaching stakeholders, you build an increased understanding of the change required to make a digital shift within the organization. To support the adoption, you promote the awareness and understanding of our Business Platform Strategy & Digital Shift Enablers within Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions, including requirements for improved ways of working and associated behaviours.
Included in your mission is to ensure that:
SMR has a clear change management methodology and associated tools to support programs, projects and continuous improvement efforts - including an understanding of how to make the desired change happen, support change management activities and measure actual change realized.
All stakeholders within SMR have an awareness of the Business Platform Strategy, TMO & Digital Shift Enablers.
There's a clear set of agreed new ways of working and behaviours required for success, both at different organisational levels and within our Divisions.
Key stakeholders understand the Business Platform Strategy & Digital Shift Enablers, what it means to them, and the behavioural change needed.
Key stakeholders have adopted the Business Platform Strategy & Digital Shift Enablers, demonstrating ownership of new behaviours and ways of working to create tangible, measurable changes.
You report directly to the Head of Transformation Management. The position is flexible between Stockholm (Sweden), Tampere (Finland), or Dublin (Ireland) and we offer you a hybrid working model. International travel is included in your job.
Your character
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in a senior change management role, including leading complex initiatives and major technology transformation programs, preferably in a large scale or multinational organization. You're highly proficient in the Office 365 suite, and knowledge in ERP platforms and certifications in change- and project management is advantageous. With a demonstrated ability to collaborate within an organization, you're good at influencing, negotiating, and have highly developed stakeholder management skills. As you're highly organized and have good planning capabilities, you easily anticipate problems and respond proactively. You're used to communicating with senior stakeholders and have good skills in both written and verbal English.
