hela Sverige The CAX & PDM Solutions mission at Rocktec Örebro is to work proactively by providing development of our CAD and PDM systems, creating configured installation packages of the systems, developing methods and training materials and providing daily user support.

DEMO (article, structure and change management system)
TD-Rapp (Lotus Notes application for technical reports)

Mission
Your mission will be to continuously develop the CAX & PDM Solutions group at Rocktec-Örebro and your CAX & PDM Solutions group is expected to:
Provide in-house specialist service in CAX & PDM Solutions to fully support the CAD & PDM users in Örebro as well as globally to other sites using our systems
Provide general directions, installations and configurations as well as methods and guidelines globally to the CAX & PDM Solutions group at Rocktec-China as well as other global Atlas Copco and external sites using our systems
Utilize state-of-the-art knowledge and tools
Your primary tasks as the application owner for our current systems and to full fill the CAX & PDM solutions group mission will be to:
Lead the development of working methods including documentation and training.
Ensure training of methods are provided to users locally and materials distributed globally
Lead the development of installations and upgrades including change management and documentation
Ensure deployed installations are sufficiently done and maintained locally and distributed globally
Ensure that user support is provided in an effective manner and coordinated with CAX & PDM Solutions at Rocktec-China
Ensure that the CAX & PDM Solutions group has the right competence and tools to meet present and near future needs of your customers
Develop a network of external consultants as temporary resources for your group
Educational and knowledge requirements
You have a college/university degree in mechanical engineering. You have a couple of years experience in advanced work with 3D-CAD (preferably Pro/Engineer) with proven skills related to research/design and development. You have strong articulated leadership skills and a successful track record of management experience. You have method development and training experience from a CAD & PDM company or experience of working with CAD & PDM installations and user support in a company in heavy machinery industry and have an understanding of the challenges that such a business undertakes.
You are fluent in English and have good presentation skills
