The department Propulsion Transmission Systems is responsible for delivering verified gearbox and transmission components to the Vehicle Propulsion projects. The main components are automatic and manual gearboxes, shifter systems, clutch systems, drive shafts, AWD systems, EFAD (Electric Front Axle Drive) and ERAD (Electric Rear Axle Drive).
We are now recruiting for a Manager within Analysis and Verification responsible for CAE. In this position, you will take an important part in both inspiring and leading our dedicated engineers towards new challenges within the field of CAE and load data collectives. You will also be a part of developing the new section Analysis and Verification. A journey where we are to integrate CAE and physical testing to find more optimal verification methods and new ways of working.

Main responsibilities
* Manage the CAE group with 13 team members
* Responsible for the development of CAE processes and tools within the department to ensure best in class execution
* Lead a wide CAE area with structural, system dynamics and function analysis
* Being a part of the management team and take an active role in the operation
Required qualifications
* University degree or equivalent in Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
* Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of CAE methods and tools
* A track record demonstrating strong leadership and Business Acumen. Previous management experience is meritorious.
* An organised and structured approach, with capacity to drive and follow up the work
* Experience of transmission development
* Fluent in written and spoken English
