Your "day to day"
The Business Planning Team, as part of the Nordic Finance function, supports the Nordic Management in delivering our transformation in the five Nordic Markets. As a Manager Business Planning, you will be part of the Finance community but interact daily with almost all other functions in the company.
As Manager Business Planning, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Lead the translation of strategic plans into operational business plan and financial plans which support local market strategy
• Drive conversion of the consumer journey into financials and integrate into business plan
• Capture and act on deviations versus plan and prepare corrective measures and alternative scenarios
• Business Partner with Country Manager and Category Directors and other members of the Nordics Management Team via scenario modeling, business case preparation and other ad-hoc analysis
• Support in the pricing analysis and provide recommendations to Management Team
• Evaluate the impact of various regulatory measures to the business performance
• Establish processes and ways of working for the team and for new product categories
• Coordinate cooperation with regional finance teams and Shared Service Centers
In the role as Manager Business Planning you will lead a small team of analysts and you will report directly to the Finance Director Nordics.
Who you are
Our business planning team works closely with many departments at PMI, so we are looking for someone who has a collaborative nature and a curious mindset. You appreciate diversity and can easily interact with others, and you embrace inclusiveness. These attributes in combination with an analytical approach and a sense for details will make you succeed in the role as a Manager Business Planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, and/or Strategy in international companies, preferably in FMCG or consumer business
• Experience in leading teams
• Excellent understand of the financial value flow
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, logical thinking
• Excellent storyteller that influences decisions with communication that engages, highlights and explains
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in PowerBI would be beneficial
