Recruiting to this position marks a start to increase our business development and sales capability in order to meet our growth ambition within Business Unit Aeronautical Solutions. You will be responsible for all the parts of the winning business process. Initially you will be responsible to identify, manage and develop business opportunities and sales activities yourself. In line with your success, meeting the growth ambitions within the Business Unit, you will build a marketing and sales organization that continues to meet the sales and revenue goals.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

A strong drive, a creative way of thinking and ability to take independent initiatives, create energy and trust will be key factors to your success!
Your educational background is probably at university level within engineering, economics and/or purchasing, but this is not an absolute requirement. You have proven leadership skills and several years of experience from other positions within Sales, Commercial, Purchasing, or other similar tasks.
You are strategic, dedicated and ambitious when it comes to lead, plan and complete sales activities.
You are a team-player with good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate.
What you will be a part of
Aeronautics is an innovative supplier of world-class aircraft systems and is engaged in research, development and production of military aircraft systems. It also conducts studies as preparation for future manned and unmanned aircraft systems as well as further development of existing products.
Within Aeronautics there are several Business Units, where you will be a part of Aeronautical Solutions. The Business Unit consists of the departments Aircraft Engineering, Future Programs, General Engineering and Engineering Services. Aeronautical Solutions is responsible for the execution of Future Combat Air System (FCAS), Design and airworthiness for Special Mission Aircrafts and to find and exploit new business and collaboration with other parties within Saab and externally, based on knowledge and potential within Aeronautics. Today we are approx. 130 employees with the majority situated in Linköping.
