Dina arbetsuppgifter
Support and create new business with existing and new customers world wide by conducting workshops, customer meetings, documentation, innovating new ideas. Supporting account managers and customer solution managers and other colleagues with qualified analysis, innovation, documentation and customer interaction in order to increase customer satisfaction, excitement and order booking. Extensive travel worldwide (>50%) with main focus on Africa and Middle East and other regions with developing countries. Ownership in management team for actions (own and in other departments) aiming at moving customer engagement towards business value description and dialogue. Reporting to CEO.

kvalifikationer:
Master Degree in relevant subjects or equivalent. Native in English language. Preferable Hindi or Urdu. Profound knowledge in Seamless Transaction Switch ERS360 technology. Minimum 10 years experience in international MNO industry with special experience in distribution of airtime. Strong interpersonal skills Excellent writing of business and technical documentation
