hela Sverige Hi, at the moment we are looking for a new manager who is a transparent and servant leader, who can support us on our business mission:
"We make it easy to buy tailor made by empowering customers through digitalization"
As a group we create solutions that make it easier for our salespeople and customers to speed up the sales process by making it simpler and more digital. Our long-term goal is for our customers (haulier and truck owners) to be able to buy their transport solutions completely digitally.
In our group we have 3 teams that consists of frontend-, backend- and full stack developers together with UX-designers and Data Scientists.
We also work close and on a daily basis together with our product owners, concept developers and other more business oriented roles. We strongly believe in working IT and business as one rather than as separate departments.
We believe to have a true agile mindset that reflects in our ways of working. The values and principles are key, but they methods evolve along the way.
We pilot small MVP applications, we build, measure and learn before scaling up.
Part from being responsible for this exciting and talented group you would also be part of a management team in IT responsible for the complete Sales Ecosystem. So we would also expect for you to contribute on this level as well.
