The rapid ongoing digitalization demands continuously improved and updated cyber security capability. We are looking for you with long experience in agile ways of working and project management.
Your Role
Business Unit Cyber Security is expanding and we are looking for a Line Manager that want to be involved in our customer success as a delivery lead/project manager.
In this position, you will have both the role as Line Manager and the role as a delivery lead for our products. As a delivery lead, you will be responsible for the deliveries to our customers. In this early stage, the customers will be company internal but meanwhile we will also have external customers. You will therefore have daily contact with customers and plan everything from education to installation and support.
As a Line Manager, you will be working close with both the teams, our product owner and other Line Managers. You will have 10-15 employees and consultants working in teams to implement, support and deliver our product. One of prioritized mission is to handle the recruitment and to grow the organization.
You will also support our co-workers development by giving feedback, setting up individual goals.

Your profile
As a person you are a truly "do-er" willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the product move forward. You have a collaborative mind-set and you are a true team player! You encourage an open, trustful and innovative climate.
We expect you to:
• Have documented leadership skills
• Have experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and innovative environment
• Develop effective, reasonable and doable solutions to problems
• Clearly take a stand in different questions
You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English. Your share information in a clear and easy way, verbally and in writing.
We are looking for you with long experience in agile ways of working and have documented leadership skills in roles as Line Manager and Project Manager.
