Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a colleague to head up the Advisory Services product team and to join our Consumer Services team; a leader who is passionate about people, connected solutions and who wants to make a difference for our exiting journey ahead. The aim of the Advisory Services team is to deliver premium fleet services within advices for fuel and energy management. This is done with high customer focus. The team also need to keep legacy portals up and running until decommissioned.
The role
Develop and lead a high performing team of developers, testers and scrum master.
Recruit skilled colleagues to the team, both employees and consultants.
Drive the product, resource planning and budget
Be part of the leadership team within Fleet and Transport Management, work with strategy and evolve our way of working
Be an ambassador for the Connected Solutions culture

Your profile
You are a leader with strong relationship capabilities and enjoy working with others in flexible team constellations. We believe the successful candidate has experience from working in the software development area, digital services as well as broad experience from digital business and service design. Business mind-set, personal credibility and integrity are crucial personal characteristics. You have a passion for people, customer value and technology. Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:
Many years of experience as leader in an international environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A university degree in business engineering, computer science or similar
Fluent in English - both written and spoken
Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
