Your mission - taking theoretical strategy work into practical implementationAs Manager for Strategy and Transformation Projects, you're a key player in managing important strategy projects, and you design the way we work with project management to ensure an adaptable process that enables growth and high-quality results across the organization. Being responsible for driving business development activities, process improvements and for supporting the strategic planning cycles are important parts of your job. You also engage with the wider business to identify opportunities, synergies, risks and gaps where an improved strategic clarity creates true value. By tracking and evaluating data and information, you support M&As, divestments and portfolio management and with your knowledge and insight, you provide recommendations to our Investment Committee.Extensive global travel is a natural part of this position, and when not travelling you're located at our production site in Svedala, Sweden.Your character - an unpretentious doer who easily navigates across all organizational levelsWe're looking for someone with a MSc in Business Management, Finance or Engineering and solid experience from management or strategy consulting. To succeed in this position, you also need a proven track record of managing projects and driving change initiatives in a cross-cultural environment. We're a truly global business with local presence, meaning you must have advanced skills in English and Swedish, while we consider knowledge of other languages, such as Chinese, as beneficial. With your confident and trusting personality, you're a master of stakeholder management.
