hela Sverige Transformer Service in Ludvika works with project management in service work, new installation work, regeneration, as well as training. The sale of semi-finished products and spare parts is also carried out by the department.
You will have the important task of creating conditions for the team in both short and long term. You will also work with constant development of staff and working methods. Additionally, you will be responsible for service and spare parts on transformers aftermarket.
You have a minimum of secondary (high school) education, combined with a few years of work experience, as well as necessary computer skills. It is a merit if you have experience from a leadership role, from project work and branch experience within service, aftermarket and/or transformers/reactors.
You enjoy working with other people and feel comfortable in a leadership role, which you execute through being a proactive communicator, flexible colleague and clear in your expectations of your employees. Please note that it is an important requirement to have excellent skills in both English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
We are now looking for a Manager in the Service & Parts team for the Transformer Service unit within the division of Power Grids. You will be a part of a unit that works with customers both in Sweden and all over the world, which will give you a large, international network of people to work with. Your tasks will be varied and you will gain extensive knowledge of the various products in ABB.
You will be part of Transformer Service that performs advanced services to industries, utilities and OEMs around the world. Our offers help customers to optimize their transformer fleet by mitigating risks for malfunction, improve performance and ensure expected life.
