By forming a new global market communication function with new roles we will take the next exciting step in developing from a traditional marketing material production focus, to more current marketing deliverables.
You have the opportunity to join this team and influence the way we will work to meet the new needs and requirements.
Your key responsibility is to safeguard market communication deliveries through timely planning and coordination of a number of parallel projects and activities and make sure both internal and external resources are utilized in the most effective way. In short, you will help us move the projects smoothly through all phases: planning, creation, production, delivery and follow up. When things pile up or do not move as planned, you raise this and come up with a plan to mitigate, so we always keep our promises and ensure an even project flow.
Another important part of the role is to maintain contracts, administrative systems and processes. You will lead a mall team and you will cooperate with Project Managers, our Creative Team and external partners. You report to the Studio Director and you will be part of the management team.
You have a bachelor's degree within Business Administration, or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience from an international business, advertising agency or news desk. You know marketing and communication and you are an experienced project manager. If you have experience from applying agile methods this is a merit. It's also a merit if you have managed a team.
Personal profile
As a person you're organized and analytical and can easily see through complexity and create a structure. You are business minded with focus on delivering a high service level. It might be a bit of a worn out expression, but in this role you need to be able to handle stress as we will have a lot of projects ongoing at the same time. You don't mind working in the background, but don't hesitate to step forward when needed. You have the experience and ability to interact cross-functional and cross-cultural. You speak and write English fluently.
